The Federal University of Santa Catarina through the Department of Food Science and Technology, the Latin American Society of Mycotoxicology and the Brazilian Society of Post Harvest are organizing MicotoxLatinAm5, ENM''2006 and SAG-MERCOSUL with the collaboration of the Food and Agriculture Organization - FAO, Latin American Network of Mycotoxicology - REDELATIN, National Food Supply Company - CONAB - from Brazil, Brazilian Society of Microbiology - SBM.
The events will happen in parallel of June 18th to 21st, 2006, in Florianopolis city, Island of Santa Catarina, Brazil, at the Praiatur Hotel.
The V CLAM, ENM´2006 & IV SAG-MERCOSUR will be a forum for discussion, among others, of the following matters:
