MILWAUKEE - With an eye on forging a strong position as a key supplier of bacteria and yeast as animal probiotics, Lallemand has invested as a Platinum Sponsor of next week's Joint Meeting of the American Dairy Science Association (ADSA) American Society of Animal Science (ASAS) and the Canadian Society of Animal Science (CSAS) in Montreal.
The scientific conference will draw nutritionists, veterinarians, university personell and animal scientists from all over the world. Research covering major categories including reproductive physiology, animal health, ruminant nutrition, forages and more for all livestock species will be presented at the meeting. A tradeshow featuring supporting businesses will be open during the event.
Lallemand invests 10% of its turnover in Research and Development and views this conference as a vital opportunity for interacting with industry and university people, as well as customers. In addition, 13 Lallemand sponsored projects have been selected by the event committee to be presented at the symposium. Participants are encouraged to visit Lallemand at Booth #600.
Said Dr. Pascal Raoul, General Manager, Lallemand Animal Nutrition Global, "An innovation pipeline is absolutely vital to the long term prosperity of the company but I think answers to market needs and challenges will no longer come from a single internal source."
As a platinum sponsor of this event, Lallemand hopes to continue its legacy of bringing next generation technology to the marketplace for improved animal health and production, and ultimately, producer profitability.
