At EuroTier 2010 some 140,000 visitors came to gather information about machinery and equipment, genetics, farm inputs and services for modern animal husbandry as well as potentials in the field of bioenergy and local energy supply.
EuroTier will be opening its gates to an international expert public again from 13 to 16 November 2012. The world's top event for professional animal farmers is being held at the world's largest exhibition grounds in Hanover. This year again you will find a programme covering all industry segments, from cattle, pig, sheep and poultry farming, through bioenergy, right up to aquaculture.

Learn all about the latest trends and innovations in the areas of animal production, management and services. We are already looking forward to welcoming you as an interested visitor at EuroTier 2012.

EuroTier innovations
At every EuroTier innovations and outstanding further developments are presented with Gold and Silver Medals. An impartial, international commission of experts assesses your submissions and awards the medals. The image effect of these highly desired awards is enormous.

Up to 15 August 2012 all exhibitors could report their innovations to the DLG. The registration form will be available in the Internet as of May 2012 under the heading Exhibitors' Service. Early in October you will find all the innovations that an impartial commission of experts has found worthy of awards on this page.

The technical programme of EuroTier 2012

As organiser of EuroTier, the DLG with its agricultural expertise and active networking with other partners in this sector guarantees a top-flight technical programme:

You will find a large number of Forums / discussion panels on topical questions connected with the husbandry of the individual animal species (Aquaculture,Poultry, Cattle, Pig) located close to the technology exhibits of the exhibitors – largely with simultaneous German/ English interpreting.

A series of concentrated Specials (shows within the show), e.g. EuroTier Dairy Event 2012 or International Poultry Day explore future-oriented topics in depth in special areas within the halls in close cooperation with exhibitors.

The TopTierTreff (presentation of top cattle) in Hall 27 is a must for all cattle breeders. The presentations of offspring groups in the main dairy and beef cattle breeds provide you with assistance in selecting the right top genetics for your own farm.
